Bond
These bonds are fixed term investments generally 3 or 5 years with
a capital guaranteed and a potential growth depending on share index
to which your investment is linked.
With Profit
Bond
These are offered by some insurance companies. They offer some exposure
to stock markets giving returns which are averaged out over time
by balancing the good times with the bad. Some carry guarantees.
Managed Funds
These are funds with a mix of investments. Managed Funds are considered
to be medium risk because their spread of investment includes a
degree of Equity.
Property
Fund
These funds are designed to allow the investor access to Property
Markets (both in Ireland and abroad) with a small initial investment,
currently minimum €5,000. These funds have high growth potential
but carry the risk of high losses.
Deposit Rates
We hold agencies with major banks to offer you the client the most competitive deposit rates on the market to allow your money work for you. Currently the minimum amount to open an account is €20,000.
Managed and Property Funds carry some risk and you could get out less than you payed in.
